Great
The room was clean and spacious. The host gave us detailed info on how to get in. Response time when I had a question was fast even though we arrived late. The AC does a nice job for the temperature inside. It is close to the city center(10 minute walk). It is quiet and you can sleep pretty well.
There's some kind of pump in the bathroom that made a bit of noise when you flushed the toilet. If you go in the middle of the night it is a bit noisy, but not a dealbreaker. Didn't manage to open the window for a fresh breath of air in the morning, but still not a dealbreaker.
