On gaining entry to the property there was overwhelming smell of ammonia. We were a party of 9 ADULTS, there was not enough bedding and no sheets for the pull out beds/sofa bed. No welcome pack, one pint of milk a loaf of bread jam butter and marmalade portions in fridge, not enough sugar portions to make 9 people a coffee in the morning of departure let alone arrival. We stayed at the property less than 12 hours. It served a purpose. Would not stay again.
