Easy access by local public transport (train, bus, walk), relatively quiet place.
Very basic kitchen equipment, OK for preparing tea or coffee, not much more. Password for internet was only in one apartment (we rented 2). In one room it was not possible to open window blinds on demand, so the room was completely dark during day, the window blinds automatically open during night. There was no manual how to change it.
