  Lovely breakfast, not so lovely bedroom.

  This hotel is in a very good location, close to restaurants, shops, interesting areas, but at the same time is in a quiet street. The breakfast here is excellent having a wide range of delicious food options. The hotel has an interesting layout, more than one building with courtyard spaces between. Curiously the swimming pool is attached to the breakfast room. Although the bathroom is tiny, the shower is excellent with instant hot water.

  The bedroom was definitely not four star quality. It was a reasonable size, but most of the space was taken up with an unnecessarily huge bed. Consequently there was no space for other important items, no where to put anything any luggage, no chair, no area for a kettle, no kettle, no area for a fridge, no fridge. Fortunately I was the sole occupant, had I been sharing, it would have been an unpleasant tight squeeze. In the tiny bathroom there is not an even a single hook nor any where suitable to hang a wet towel. The window was large but the window frames were in need of maintenance, having peeling paint.

  Buen lugar , podría estar mejor con mejores personales

  La ubicación es buena , tenes portero 24 hs , que te abren cada vez que queres salir y entrar. En cierto modo podes tener a alguien para cualquier reclamo todo el tiempo , buena cama gigante , toallas, la habitación no estaba súper equipada.

  Pileta climatizada (no andaba) Sauna , saqué turno, fui, nadie me acompañó a donde tenía que ir, no había instrucciones claras de cuánto tiempo usarlo o cómo . Habitación: me pedí un helado por pedidos ya, y no puede ser que no te pongan ni una cuchara en la habitación . N tenedor nada! Solos 2 vasos ! Después los que te atienden adelante , la mayoría no eran muy empaticos o serviciales , cumplían con su responsabilidad lo básico. Te hacían sentir que no querían laborar más y que te vayas literalmente ni una sonrisa nada Limpieza : limpieza es buena, las chicas de la Limpieza unas genias, simpáticas , sobre todo una señora que vibraba muy bien y era simpática Para el desayuno me querían cobrar 20 usd por día , por ese dinero desayuno en el palacio duahu

  Ubicación.

  El recepcionista bastante mala onda, poco paciente. La tele no tenía WiFi, vino el señor de mantenimiento pero el dijo que no sabía nada del tema. No pudimos ver Netflix ni ninguna app. Sólo los canales del cable. Los chicos del desayuno super amables . En ningún lugar de la habitación hay alguna nota ni número para comunicarse con la recepción. Para cualquier cosa hay que bajar a recepción.

  Excellent staff, extremely poor room

  I need to delay my check in by one day due flight delay in USA. The hotel changed my reservation without any additional cost. So, I thank them for that. Staff were very professional.

  Room: there weren't any places in the entire room, including the bathroom, to put the towels and clothes while taking a shower. TV didn't work either.
