    Great place for what we needed which was a bed for a few nights.

    No hot water on first night. Sent an email and got told to check he settings on the boiler. Why didn't I think of that? Then had to wait over 3 weeks for a receipt. Parking was tight for a transit custom van. Heating controlls where over complicated and locked down to 22 degrees.

    DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION

    DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! We booked for the cinema experience in the bedroom and Alexa throughout the house, and neither was there. We had young people celebrating b'days, and it was disappointing to find this on arrival. As it was a.driver to booking this. The property owner, Mark, was rude and unhelpful. He offered a full refund if we checked on the day of arrival, but we had just travelled from Australia and had nowhere to go. He offered £75 reduction if we stayed off a £575 bill, which we felt was insulting. Mark ( owner told us it was no big deal and found it quite amusing) . We requested a 2 day discount out of 5, and considering the main features ( for us), we're not working. we felt this was fair. The owner would not budge and had NO regard for customer service. The overall experience was terrible. The rest of the property was not great either. Beds were highly uncomfortable with a broken slat under the main bed. A broken windows handle in bedroom 2 which woukd not close properly. Toilet seats wonky and loose and general bad cleaning.

    Absolutely top tier , would gladly return :)

    Property was clean spacious and provided lots of equipment too keep on top of it , was very child friendly and welcoming for my child with additional support needs.

    There wasn’t anything we didn’t like :)
