The Worst Experience you can imagine.
We found out upon arrival that we cannot check-in to our reservation. We shared via Booking our expected arrival time between 3-4pm. The owner had the chance to let us know in advance that there was an issue with the apartment, especially since we booked the stay many weeks in advance. Instead, we were informed 'there was a problem with the apartment'. The alternative that the owner proposed was different to our expectations (a hotel on the corner of the street with lack of the amenities we wanted). We lost a lot of our time and the situation was stressful. This was a first time experience for us. We asked you to cancel the reservation on owner's side, but they didn't agree and asked us to cancel on our end, which we did, which was a favour on our side. We shouldn't have done that, since we were not the ones initiating the cancellation. Whilst we were writing this review, the host was notified about the score and contacted us on WhatsApp with mean and offensive messages 'I will now call booking for block your account' , 'Stupid', 'God will give you answer believe me'.

Very convenient location near the Tsminda Sameba. Small shops, public transport everything is very close. Clean and comfortable apartments, a wonderful experience of staying in a typical Tbilisi courtyard. Everything for comfortable stay was provided. Very smooth communication with the owner, definitely recommended for staying

Sam pobyt bez zastrzeżeń, tyle że dostałam inny apartament niż zamówiłam na booking, pani napisała że tamten jest niedos
Całe wyposażenie apartamentu było nowe, w apartamencie było bardzo czysto!!! 😃
Jedynym mankamentem był brak okna w pokoju, jedyne okno jakie tam było przy drzwiach wejściowych wychodziło na wejście do sąsiadów i z konieczności trzeba było je na stałe zasłaniać 😉
