    Great location, many disappointments

The room and the linen were clean, the bed was comfortable.

It's still a construction site - workers banging and bashing during the day. Gates are manual - motor is missing. Coffee/Tea/Milk are cheap and nasty. Overall finish of the building is low quality. The room I had did not have a view worth speaking of.

The owner is attempting to make the property as low maintenance and hosting-free as possible. Cold and impersonal. Only the cheapest coffee provided with the cheapest creamer - not even a little jug of milk. No rusks, no welcome note ... nothing. The immediate impression is that the owner is not bothered with people and just wants to make a "buck".
