    Good experience all round

    Good location for Birmingham airport Reasonably priced.

    Nothing really, we arrived late in the evening and left early morning for a flight

    Excellent breakfast. Almost next door to train station. Reduced rate parking for hotel guests. Clean and comfortable room.

    No issues whatsoever. Will stay again when coming to NEC.

    Friendly staff

    The room was not very clean. The bedside tables were sticky and had not been cleaned. There were old contact lenses on the floor and everything was quite dusty.
