    Great hotel in the centre of Novi Sad

    Hotel is in the very centre of Novi sad, walking distamcec from everywhere. Room was nicely decorated, mattresses are exceptionally good. Colleagues at the reception are very friendly and nice. Breakfast is also great, great variety of food to choose from. All in all, a really nice experience and I do recommend Hotel Centar 😉

    Povratak kući.

    Nažalost, naše loše iskustvo s ovim hotelom u Novom Sadu počelo je već prilikom rezervacije sobe putem Bookinga, kada je komunikacija s hotelom bila vrlo loša. Na naše e-mailove uglavnom nitko nije odgovarao, osim na jedan, pa smo na kraju bili prisiljeni nazvati hotel telefonski kako bismo dobili potrebne informacije. Po dolasku nas je dočekalo još veće razočaranje. U gradu se održavao miting predsjednika Republike, a iz hotela su nam naknadno rekli da su za to znali već dva dana unaprijed. Unatoč tome, nitko nas nije obavijestio da zbog toga nećemo moći normalno pristupiti hotelu. Automobilom nismo mogli doći do garaže, a ni pješice nismo mogli normalno doći do hotela. Na kraju smo morali ostaviti automobil par kilometra dalje te sve stvari nositi na rukama. Kada smo napokon stigli pred hotel, vrata su bila zaključana. Nakon što smo se smjestili u sobu, morali smo se ponovno vraćati po ostatak stvari. Nažalost, ni stanje kupaonice nije bilo zadovoljavajuće. Grijanje nismo mogli uključiti, grijanje u WC-u uopće nije radilo, a dodatni problem bio je nedostatak tople vode.Vode tople,nije ni bilo. Sve u svemu, boravak nam je ostavio vrlo loš dojam. Ipak, najviše nas je razočaralo to što nas hotel nije pravovremeno obavijestio o situaciji za koju je unaprijed znao, zbog čega smo se našli u izuzetno neugodnoj situaciji. Uz lošu komunikaciju već prilikom rezervacije, otežan pristup hotelu i nezadovoljavajuće uvjete u Wc , ovo iskustvo daleko je ispod onoga što gost očekuje za svoj novac. Smatramo da su pravovremena komunikacija, osiguravanje osnovnih uvjeta za boravak minimum profesionalnosti i poštovanja prema gostima. Nažalost, ovaj hotel ne bismo preporučili.
