Exceptional customer service, perfect location, clean rooms, lovely breakfast & great views!
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were so welcoming, attentive and really made our trip. The breakfast was great, a good selection of pastries, fruits, yoghurts, and the staff would always offer boiled eggs and tea/coffee. We also had daily housekeeping every day which was great! The location was perfect. It is up a hill but it takes less than 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Ortisei and the main bus stops. We actually got engaged during our stay in Ortisei and we were so glad we had such a lovely hotel to spend our time at. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ortisei. Just wonderful and fantastic value for money!

Location is great, staff is amazing and views are breathtaking, and breakfast is delicious. Very close to the center and cable cars..

Great stay
This hotel is in a great location, up a small hill very close to town. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Would stay again!
We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The room was spacious, clean and tidied daily, and breakfast was a nice bonus. The WiFi was good too, around 30-40Mbps on average. They also kindly packed us a sandwich when we had an early start and stored our bags for a few hours after checkout. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
