  If you dont mind the walk to the beach & having to cross a busy road the property in itself is ok once inside.

  Its clean. Its fairly modern. The amenities are good. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have aircon. Top 3 bedrooms share a single bathroom.

  It was not at all where indicated when we booked. The owners blamed the contradictory information on the ad on Google. After we reported this to BOOKING.COM it was rectified & after some drama, we received fantastic client service assistance from BOOKING. COM & a full refund. Considering that this is not near the beach, its expensive compared to properties that is actually on the beach or very close to it. Its a fairly modern home amongst run down buildings and sites full of building rubble. Its quite a walk to the nearest beach - 10+ minutes. Once inside the property is ok if you dont mind a trek to the beach. Not ideal for injured, unfit or older persons - or families with toddlers - on account of the distance to the beach & having to cross a very busy road.

  Garuda Villa was really comfortable for our stay and met all of our expectations.

  The house is located in a convenient, secure location and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Our hosts were super accommodating and attended to our needs adequately.

  Not much but maybe an additional aircon in the open living area (downstairs) as it got very hot in the house during our stay in December

  Convenient and clean villa, welcoming hosts, good value for money

  A very conveniently located villa to explore north Mauritius. Lovely town around with a beautiful beach (Trois Oux Biches) maybe 10mins walk. There’s also parking by the beach and plenty of cafes/restaurants/shops on the way. Get an amazing ayurvedic massage 2mins down the road at Sannyasa. The house is secure, with private parking, a lovely front garden and a clean pool. The open living space is lovely, kitchen is well stocked. All bedrooms with comfortable beds and aircon. We had a 3 year old with us and they provided a large cot with mosquito netting. The owners showed exceptional hospitality, providing flexibility around check in, coming personally to meet us and see us off.

  The space around the pool is quite small, not much space / outdoor furniture for lounging. Some bedrooms don’t have closets. Minor issues really and didn’t impact our stay

  Very nice, near the beach, good comunication

  We had a great time in this place! The villa was very clean, new and spacious. The beds was very big and comfortable. We stayed there more than one week. We arrived at evening, but it was not a problem, a very kind persons waited for us. :-) The villa had all the required facilities (towels, washing machine, dishwasher, disches...) And the location is perfect and calm. Location is about 5-8 minutes away from the beach, supermarket, restaurants, cafe and shops. I reccomend this villa and hope to I will comming back sometimes.
