    Für die aufgeführten Nachteile war die Fw zu teuer!

    Nähe zum Zentrum und war direkt an den ausgezeichneten Fahrradwegen.

    Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für unser E-Bike . Die in ca. 100m entfernt liegenden Bahnschienen, so das man die an und abfahrenden Züge bis Mitternacht und morgens ab 5 Uhr hören konnte. Wir wurden durch ein im Dachstuhl sitzendes Tier ( vermutlich Marder) über uns im Schlafzimmer der Fw gestört.
