The reception staff/owner is not cooperative! We had one more friend coming along and I sent them an email regarding this 2-3 days before arriving to which he ignored. We arrived late in the evening for check-in, weren’t responding to email/WhatsApp etc. The next day when I met him, he reacted as if it is the guest’s problem and he can’t do anything about it. I also told him that we’d like to book one more room to accommodate everyone but he said the hotel was already packed. 3-4 hours after that he sent an email offering a room to us but we had already booked another room in the town for our 3rd friend that night and due to noncooperation from this hotel, had to leave to another hotel. We had to spend way too much money because of this noncooperation
