Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Gastfamilie war überhaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Keller standen Getränke bereit. Außerdem Geschirr und Besteck zur Selbstversorgung. Ein Kühlschrank und ein Eisfach standen für die Pensionsgäste bereit.
Das WLAN war in unserem Zimmer etwas schwach. Das Kinderzimmer in unserem Familienzimmer war etwas steril und wenig kindgerecht - das könnte mit etwas Deko vielleicht verschönert werden.

Disappointing flexibility and poor customer service. We had already paid for a three-night stay from August 20th to 23rd. Due to a change in our travel itinerary, we asked if it would be possible to simply move the booking by one day, from August 21st to 24th, keeping exactly the same number of nights. Unfortunately, the property refused to accommodate this simple change and instead charged a 90% cancellation fee for the first night, even though we were still staying for two nights and were keeping essentially the same booking. We understand that booking conditions exist, but some flexibility would have been appreciated, especially for a guest who had already paid for the entire stay. There are several better alternatives in Berchtesgaden for only a little more money, offering better facilities and, above all, better customer service. For this reason, we would not choose this property again.
