    After payment for accommodation according to instructions sent in email we were forced to pay once again by arrival. Staff told us that payment via instructions sent by email doesn't work. After return home I asked to refund double payment. At the first time no one replied, second time they made up "fairytale" that it was hacker attack. Only after complaint and investigation of customer service of booking.com hotel admitted that it was their mistake and they refunded me money. I am disgusted by their behaviour.
