Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen, tolle Lage bzw. Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge....
Insgesamt eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft die meine Erwartungen erfüllt hat. Der Gastherr ist sehr freundlich und hat auf alle Anfragen zu unserer Zufriedenheit reagiert. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind sehr modern und ein echtes Highlight.
Insgesamt entspricht die Ausstattung dem Preis- Leistungsverhältniss. Man sollte kein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten. Teilweise sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch war alles nutzbar und sauber...

Gute Lage am Rand von Oberstdorf. Schönes Schwimmbad im Keller und Sauna, die allerdings vom Gebäude und Nachbar Gebäude einsichtig ist. Abstell Möglichkeit für unsere e bikes vorhanden.
In der als „Nichtraucherzimmer„ beworbene Ferienwohnung hat sich der Vormieter nicht daran gehalten, sowohl in der Küche, wie auch aus dem Abfall Eimer roch es nach Zigaretten Rauch. Gebläse / Entlüftung des Schwimmbad in einem Schacht neben dem Schlafzimmer Fenster, das Tag und Nacht lief.

Kleine zu warme Wohnung, in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung. Lage ist gut.
Die Ortsrandlage, Nähe zum Supermarkt, die Terrasse, das Hallenbad mit Gegenschwimmfunktion.
Unsere Wohnung (Nr. 2) lag direkt oberhalb des Heizungsraums des Hallenbades, sodass trotz ständigem und auch nächtlichem Durchzugslüften (bei 10-12 Grad) Außentemperatur eine Innentemperatur von 24-26 Grad herrschte. Die Nächte waren so leider nicht erholsam. Man muss aus dem Koffer leben: Es gibt nur einen Garderobenschrank für Jacken in der Diele, aber keine Möglichkeit Kleidung unterzubringen: das Schlafzimmer ist so klein, dass man über die Koffer steigen muss, die zwangsläufig im Weg stehen. Flecken auf Couch und Sessel. Geschirrspüler läuft zwar, reinigt Geschirr aber nicht, sodass alles zusätzlich von Hand gespült werden musste.
