    Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt war das Hotel vollkommen okay

    Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Beim Frühstück wurde nachgefragt, ob z.B. noch Kaffee nachgereicht werden soll. Sonderwünsche wir Kakao wurden sofort erfüllt.

    Die Parkplätze waren "etwas" versteckt, hätte man ohne Hilfe des Hotelpersonals sicherlich nur schwer gefunden. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, da hätten wir uns etwas mehr Auswahl erwünscht,

    Wat letztes Jahr besser und wird nächstes Jahr wieder besser, dieses Jahr enttäuschend.

    Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Bad Berneck, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig

    Ich hatte bereits im letzten Jahr ein Zimmer in diesem Haus, das weitaus besser war. Obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, habe ich ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß mit schräger Decke und entsprechender Temperatur bekommen. Der Teppichboden ist in die Jahre gekommen und müßte erneuert werden. Es gibt keinen Lift, so dass ich (89 Jahre alt) meinen Koffer hätte hochtragen müssen. Erst nach ausdrücklicher Bitte und Aufforderung hat der junge Mann, der mich empfangen hat, mir den Koffer abgenommen.

    Prinzipiell echt in Ordnung, wobei das Frühstück bisschen mehr her machen könnte. Ansonsten wars echt in Ordnung.
