the room was tidy and clean. the breakfast was great - it's not a buffet, they make everything fresh for you. the location is also good and in a walking distance to the nearby park
it's a bit small (but it's not missing anything). we had a problem with the noise - the walls are not really soundproof and we could hear the near by rooms.
