    Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat voll gestimmt. Hier handelt es sich nicht um eine Luxus-Unterkunft, was für den Preis aber sicher auch nicht zu erwarten ist. Sauberkeit, schöne Lage, nette Vermieterin, schönes neues Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft generell ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist trotzdem super.

    Für den für Rügen günstigen Preis nichts.

    Ganz schön, aussen eng.

    Der Innenhof ist groß, doch er ist nicht vorteilhaft angelegt. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten vor den Zimmern sind eng und der Nachbar muss sehr nah am Tisch vorbeigehen. Ebeso klein ist die Parkplatzsituation gelöst. Das hätte bei dem vielen Platz anders gelöst werden können und für räumliche Abtrennung durch Bepflanzung wäre trotzdem genug Platz.
