    Lamentable.

    Lamentable.

    Lamentable, mi familia y yo estábamos de viaje por Alemania y teníamos una reserva hecha con varios meses de antelación. La tarde de la reserva les estuvimos llamando para confirmar que íbamos a llegar un poco tarde (sobre las 19:30) y no cogieron el teléfono. Cuando llegamos al hotel estaba cerrado y nadie respondía al timbre. Tuvimos que buscar otra estancia donde quedarnos esa noche. Lo dicho, lamentable.
