I was in the area for an event/ work… and was hoping for a smooth relaxing stay…I was disappointed and frustrated, e

Clean. Seems like newly renovated. Minimalist design. Tea and coffee are available in the hallway for guests.

    1. The Reception desk was in the restaurant. So when the restaurant is close, so as the reception. Because the only way to access the reception area is through the Resto. I had a hard time figuring out how to get hold of the receptionist… Couldn’t find the person… eventually I found out that the person is also the house keeper. I don't get it If it’s called a hotel the receptionist and area should be accessible. Unless it’s self check. Plus it was not explain during check in about this. 2. Avoid the Hotel parking below… you won’t be able to find the receptionist or the reception to get the green ticket in order to park for free. If you dont have this, you have to pay using the parking machine, because when you enter it only gives you a white ticket( like a typical parking ticket). And the machine does not accept card, only accepts cash ( it was so inconvenient, especially when you are in a hurry). 3. The free water was in a pitcher with a cork cover… that had a moldy smell, I realized it just after I took a gulp. So I brought it to the receptionist and they didn't take it seriously, as if it was not a big deal, so they proposed refilling it and giving it back to me…. But I said, “No, I needed a new bottle”. They made me feel that I was annoying… because it seemed like it was a big request. The worst part was I got diarrhea a few hours after.
