Die Lage war außerhalb von Erfurt. Jedoch ließen sich dies durch den Busbetrieb, direkt vor dem Hotel gut überwinden. Die Zimmer sind wohl alle neu gemacht, doch lässt die Größe auch keine 2 Einzelbetten zu, sodass einer nachts immer zur Toilette darüber steigen muss.
Im Grunde war das Hotel zu teuer, da wir mit dem Hund und all dem Gepäck ständig die Treppen, bis unters Dach nur zu Fuß gehen mussten. Könnte für jüngere Leute wohl nicht ganz so das Problem darstellen. Ein Kühlschrank wäre sicherlich auch von Vorteil gewesen.

Ich werde es noch mal versuchen ;)
Das Einzelzimmer war klein aber unkonventionell und geschmackvoll designet. Die Alleinlage und der kostenlose Parkplatz waren für mich ideal. Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr schön restauriert, auch das Restaurant (bis auf einen Restaurantteil in dem ich am ersten Abend saß).
Ich hatte für Mitarbeitende den Sonntags Brunch gebucht. Dort war es viel zu voll und das Nachlegen der Speisen fand schleppend bis gar nicht statt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr übersichtlich, was wohl damit zu tun hatte, dass nur drei Frühstücke gebucht waren. Für Vegetarische Menschen ist das Restaurant eine Herausforderung.

Neat place with some reservations
Neat place with indoor and outdoor dining, classic bierstube, garden room and bier garten, nice dinner menu. Loved the room, great use of space and very comfortable.
Was not thrilled with the direction of the room, request back side of building, faces forest and quieter. Breakfast was okay.
