    Thinks its something it's not

    Beds comfortable Breakfast excellent food however waiting staff a bit rude

    Hair dryer not working and took 30 minutes to get a spare.... also the handle was broken on the shower door but as we stayed just one night that wasn't really an issue but we feel the room should be checked that everything is in good working order before guests arrive

    A fabulous hotel in the heart of Benidorm Old Town

    This is a superb hotel in a brilliant position in Benidorm. We stayed in a balcony room and loved the views across the beach.

    Nice location, avoid ground floor rooms.

    Great location

    Breakfast service was extremely slow, with staff often getting order wrong. Ground floor rooms very noisy as in reception and staff do not keep their voices low.
