    We’d love to have a longer stay next time. It was delightful.

    We stayed in the Garden Suite which had a lovely verandah with seating and dining areas overlooking the beautiful gardens. The gardens were outstanding and filled with birdlife which enhanced our stay. It was great to sit out in the morning sun and watch so many types of birds flitting past. Across the river we could see walkers, runners and joggers passing by. We really appreciated the breakfast supplies and also the port and biscuits provided which was an unexpected treat.

    There weren’t any complaints.

    Generosity at every turn!

    Everything we needed plus more was provided. Thoughtful touches like a night light and extra mirror and blankets. The food and beverage provisions were above and beyond anything we’ve previously experienced. The gardens were quiet and beautiful.

    The manager's cottage was gorgeous and felt like going back in time. The extra touch of breakfast provided made it feel homely. The gardens are so beautiful 😍
