    Perfect location for being with my daughter in Kegworth

    It was very clean an comfortable, I loved that fact that you could use the gym and spare at the local hotel.

    They could have had better pots and pans, and a wooden spoon

    The staffs react to issues promptly. There is skylink station in front of the property.

    When we checked in the first day, we faced the unacceptable condition of the kitchenware provided in the apartment. As a result, we were unable to make proper use of the kitchen facilities for first 2 days and significantly affects the quality and convenience of our stay. After we raised the complaint, they have some kitchenware replaced. The bed is really uncomfortable We also faced over charged issues and spent so much time to verify and clarify to get refund.

    Lovely property

    Clean, perfect for us and our daughter

    Stairs leading to the property were a little steep with a 4 year old. Could have potentially been assigned a property a little more easily accessible, however everything else was great.
