    Convenient

    Stairs were slippery, no mat at the door, balcony was rotted and felt unsafe but inside was ok 👍

    It was great stay except checkout time.

    For me, location was important as we wanted to stay close to tthe Flinders University.

    Check out time needs flexibility. 10 am check out time is not suitable for most of the families. You need to be flexible with checkout time. Our flight was late evening at 7 pm and we have to spend whole day, with luggage at odd places.
