    Ruhig, außerhalb und doch gut angebunden.

    Alles was es braucht, sogar ein Fahrrad konnte ich leihen und super ruhig. 👍🙂

    Da es eine Einloegerwohnung ist, ist die Terrasse mit im Garten der Vermieter. Da diese super lieb sind war das kein Problem und wer für sich sein will kann das absolut sein. Ich finde es nur gut zu wissen. Ebenso geht man durch den geneinsamen Eingangsbereich. Die Wohnung ist sonst aber komplett abgeschlossen

    Lage sehr gut. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Perfektes Infomaterial was die Wohnung und die Verkehrsanbindung betrifft. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz.

    Schlafzimmer etwas eng, so dass das Doppelbett nur von einer Seite zugänglich ist.

    Ruhige Lage, dennoch gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - Parkplatz in der Einfahrt (optimal) !!!
