The location was perfect for my needs - supermarket and a bus stop were right across the street, public transports gets you easily in the city center. Communication with the host was clear and easygoing.
The windows were quite dirty (which was unfortunate as the view to the basilica is generally very nice). The shower and the towel stands were not in a good condition, and there were small ants on the kitchen counter..
