Not the best..
The location
I had a bad experience despite the good reviews I read about this hotel. I didn't get the room I booked when I first checked in, then it took them hours to replace, staff were not as friendly and as helpful as they should be. Rooms bathrooms we're not equipped with a hose,, a deal breaker for me. Food was bad, I repeatedly got pork while I specifically asked not to include pork, chef at the breakfast couldn't prepare eggs Benedict.. for the price I paid, I was hoping to have a nice experience.

This hotel claims to be 5-star, but the level of security was unacceptable. On several evenings, including late at night, unidentified men without hotel uniforms or name badges knocked on my door. Once it was apparently an electrician who had the wrong room; on other occasions, I was told it was room service I had never ordered. Even worse, the phone in my room did not work, so at midnight I had to go to reception in person to report the situation. The staff acted as if they knew nothing about it and showed little concern. There was also a persistent sewage smell in the room, which made the stay extremely unpleasant. Since the windows cannot be opened, there was no way to properly ventilate the room or get rid of the smell. These are simply not conditions or standards you would expect from a 5-star hotel.
