    Schön, aber zu laut

    Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss war sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super Lage.

    Viel hellhöriger als man erwartet, trotz der Kommentare in den Bewertungen. Man hört jeden Schritt, jedes Wort, einfach Alles von der Wohnung darüber. Trotz Ohrenstöpsel haben wir nachts den Fernseher und sonstige Geräusche von oben gehört. Das muss dringend besser isoliert werden!

    Solide Unterkunft

    Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und damit mitten im alten Lissabon (nicht Barrierefrei). Mit dem Uber kommt man schnell vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft. Die Abwicklung läuft online- es war jedoch immer jmd zu erreichen :) Manche Menschen haben die Lautstärke auf der Straße angesprochen. Ich fand die Umgebung ausgesprochen ruhig. Allerdings kann ein normales Gespräch zwischen den engen Gassen schnell hallen und damit auch lauter erscheinen, als es ist. Und wenn man mitten in der Touristengegend wohnt, muss man auch mit Menschen rechnen. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass die Wohnung nicht so hell ist, wie auf den Fotos. Aber auch das war kein Untergang.

    Ein anderer Punkt ist die Lautstärke bzw. schlechte Isolierung durch die darüberliegenden Zimmer. Trotz Dämmung, verzeiht das alte Haus nichts und es müsste wohl in den Wohnungen drüber etwas gemacht werden. Wenn man keine leisen Nachbarn hat, kann man jedes Gespräch mithören. Das ist für alle nicht so schön. Und das eine Kaution von 250€ auf dem Konto geblockt wurde, fand ich etwas seltsam. Das kenne ich sonst nicht.

    Paikka on tosi hyvä. Ja asunnossa löytyy kaikki mitä tarvitset.

    Kyllä se ääni kuule, ei mulle vaikutti millään. Mut aamulla on kova ääntä napurit.
