    We had a lovely stay in a nice, modern apartment. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, at around 2 pm instead of 4:30 pm. The only downside was that the sea was about a 20-minute walk away at a slow pace, despite being visible from the apartment. The outdoor pool was too cold to enjoy in October, and the indoor pool was also cooler than the advertised 27°C. The pillows were not very comfortable either. The biggest issue was the terrible smell from the air conditioning when switched on. We had read previous reviews about it, but unfortunately, the smell was impossible to tolerate. Apart from these issues, everything was great, and we enjoyed our holiday. The sea was still lovely and warm in October!

    Perfect location, lots of room, clean, good spotless pool area

    Good location and fab views across Benidorm. I liked the security of the building and pool area.

    Unfortunately due to the heat wave the property had a very terrible sewage smell every day. We closed all plugs when we could and opened all windows the minute we got back to the apartment each day. Apart from that nothing we didn’t like
