    La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita. La posizione è ottima perché si raggiunge in 8 minuti il centro di Funchal in macchina e ci sono le fermate dei bus sotto casa. Inoltre, è molto facile trovare parcheggio sotto casa gratuitamente. La cucina dispone del minimo indispensabile per cucinare. Ci sono sia la lavatrice che la lavastoviglie. La proprietaria è molto disponibile.

    Purtroppo la casa affaccia su una via un pò rumorosa. Con le finestre chiuse non si sente molto ma la notte, essendo andati ad agosto, le lasciavamo aperte e si sentiva molto il rumore.
