Közvetlenül a strandnál, szuper panorámával rendelkező lakás. A tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész hamarabb is beengedett, azonnal reagált s tanácsokat is adott. 40 lépcső felfelé de megéri. Az erkély szűkös , az apartman kényelmes, nagy hűtő, kényelmes ágy.

Struttura carina.
1) Accesso alla struttura con scala stretta e ripida, quindi risulta un pò difficoltoso se si devono portare delle cose. 2) ZTL nella zona quindi non si può posteggiare auto vicino alla struttura 3) La struttura è fronte mare, peccato che la zona è occupata da lidi privati, per l'accesso alla spiaggia libera bisogna fare circa 400 m che non sarebbero troppi se trovi posto per la vettura cosa molto difficile. 5) La pressione del sevizio idrico è bassa quindi, per fare la doccia e altro è un pò difficoltoso. Nel complesso, accettabile.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung.

Casa stupenda, vicino al mare, negozi per la spesa, centro e ristoranti, non c'è l'ascensore ma è un piano e mezzo a piedi circa quindi nulla di impossibile, onestamente lo consiglio.
Il balcone era un po' sporco, mi sarebbe piaciuto fare una colazione sul tavolino esterno ma era inagibile purtroppo essendo sporco
