    The location is really good, and the apartment is spacious. It was worth the money.

    The listing mentioned balcony but it was not maintained well (the flooring does not seem strong, feels risky; also, it was full of dirt). The place had ant problems, though it was taken care of on request. I hope these temporary problems will be taken care of permanently in the future.
