  Dorm room facing heavily-trafficed road at all hours with cheap furnishings, non-refundable.

  The aesthetic of the front window and the closeness of public transport. What little I saw of the city looked very nice. If one can tolerate the roar of the traffic, the outdoor seating area could be enjoyable.

  I badly misjudged the smallness of the flat from the photographs, and did not find the room to be "soundproofed", per the listing; the room faces an extremely busy thoroughfare and traffic noise was loud and inescapable at all hours. When I reported this to the host he said no one had complained of it before, yet afterward I noticed several earlier reviews had also mentioned it. In terms of size, there is no more to it than the small lime green room plus attached toilet and narrow "kitchenette" in the entry - which was not even large enough to store cutlery that had to be located in the bottom of the wardrobe. It was essentially a dorm room in both size and quality of amenities. The desk was plastic and unsturdy and all of the furnishings felt very cheap. The constant sound of cars made the space feel even smaller, as there was nowhere to get away from it. My discomfort was great enough that I spent the evening seeking alternative accommodations and checked out in the morning despite having paid for 2 more nights, ultimately doubling my expenses. The host made no offer to compensate anything for the forfeit nights. The listing also advertises "private check-in", which is my preference, yet the host was fairly insistent on picking me up.

  Lage zu denn Öffis und zur Stadt. Eigener Parkplatz. WaMa und Trockner. Kleines Appartement einfach und ordentlich ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

  Küchenausstattung sehr überschaubar. Haupteinfallstraße nach Rostock macht deutlich Lärm. Schon am frühen Morgen wälzt sich die Autoschlange in die Stadt. Eingang / Treppenhaus macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck

  Es war warm, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel. Besonders hat mir der schöne Balkon gefallen, auf dem man sich wunderbar entspannen konnte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, die Gastfreundschaft und den hervorragenden Service. Ich bin für alles sehr dankbar!❤️
