    Great host but not the most pleasant stay

    Thomas was a welcoming, helpful, polite, and responsive host. When we arrived at the building, he opened the door for us remotely and was very patient with me while I was trying to open the second door (it was a bit tricky). We were welcomed with two bottles of mineral water, tea, and two types of coffee. The kitchen had the needed utensils for basic cooking. The smart TV was great, I had fun watching YouTube before sleeping. The bed and the mattresses were good. The location of the apartment was convenient, with the bus and tram stops nearby. The apartment is spacious for two people and could easily get 10/10 if it were cleaned properly.

    Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't as good as the host - the cleanliness left much to be desired: 1. My white socks became grey in 2 minutes. 2. There were stains everywhere - on the chair, the kitchen towel, the blinds 3. The microwave was so dirty I didn't dare to use it 4. I found 5 (!) blond hairs in the red towels in the bathroom 5. There were cobwebs with a huge number of dead insects 6. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and barely worked 7. Some of the cutlery and the little pot were dirty. I had to wash everything before using it.
