    A beautifully thought-out little cabin, perfect for a longer and comfortable stay.

    I loved the attention to detail. Even though this is a tiny cabin, everything has been thoughtfully planned and there’s surprisingly enough space for everything. The bathroom had plenty of room for all my cosmetics and hair products, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware we needed. We stayed for two weeks, so having a vacuum cleaner and washing machine was a huge plus, especially with a dog. The neighbours were also very friendly and welcoming. The weather was much better than we expected, so we actually didn’t get a chance to use the sauna, but it’s a lovely feature to have.

    This is more of a “good to know” when planning your stay. If you’re coming with a dog, the walks around the cabin are mostly along steep roads up and down the hill, with very little grass nearby. Our dog only goes on grass, so we had to walk down to the village and parking area each time, and then walk back up again. During our stay, there was also construction work happening on a nearby street. They started early on weekday mornings, and it was quite loud even with the windows closed and earplugs, so sleeping in wasn’t really an option.
