- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. - Swimming, kayaking/bamboo boat excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. For car pick up service, guest must provide address for pick up at least 3 days before departure. - Please take note that the check-in and key-collection take place at Tuan Chau Port. Credit card needs to be valid and has enough money for the trip. - Guests need to provide exactly number of guest when making reservation, even kid or infant. If guests don't inform property in advance in case there are extra guests, property will refuse to arrange service for extra guests if it's not available.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
