    Great apartment with Elevator in ZTL

    The size and comfort plus it has an elevator. Close to a lot of stuff.

    In a ZTL does not mention it anywhere. If you are a foreigner forget about getting a pass. Honestly this keeps it form being a 10 out of 10. I would suggest it be in the description and maybe offering some help to non EU citizens.

    Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Balkon zwar klein, aber für das Frühstück ganz nett. Grundatzlich ist es auch ruhig und der Check-in hat gut funktioniert.

    Leider hat die Wasserpumpe 24h gelärmt und die Gastgeberin war zwar freundlich, hat aber nicht für Abhilfe gesorgt. Zudem war die Sauberkeit nur mittelmässig.

    Great apartment in a local street

    Nice little tidy place, with a great balcony. Kitchen is also very good. Location is great, at Kalsa which is roughly 5-10 minutes walking to Palermo Centrale, Quattro Canti, Ballaro. It’s a local place, so you get to experience the life of Palermitans. There are plenty of bars and restoraunts around the apartment. Roberta was also very responsive and attentative. I would recommend this apartment for your Palermo stay :)

    Some facilities require maintenance. For example, the kitchen faucet was leaking all over the place.
