    No estaba bien limpio, había bastante polvo en la mesitas de noche y debajo de la cama había mucho mucho polvo no era de un solo día

    The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with everything we needed within easy reach. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quality of the apartment.

    The only downside was the noise at night. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was not the best, so we could hear quite a lot both from the building and from the street. Seville is apparently quite lively at night 😅, and there was also street cleaning taking place around 1–2 AM, including sweeping, washing the streets and collecting rubbish. We completely understand that this is outside Genteel Home’s control, but it did make it a little difficult to sleep at times.

    Un fantastico soggiorno nella splendida Siviglia

    La posizione dell’ appartamento è straordinaria: un angolo di pace nel pieno centro di Siviglia! L’appartamento è contenuto ma ha tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno in città ed il terrazzino che affaccia su Plaza de la Magdalena e’ una chicca dove poter godere di colazioni ed aperitivi casalinghi! Lo staff è attentissimo ad ogni esigenza dell’ospite e sono sempre presenti per risolvere eventuali necessità o problema.

    Acqua calda limitata per la doccia (15 minuti poi necessarie due ore affinché si riscaldi nuovamente), forse per la presenza di scaldabagno. Tuttavia nonostante fossimo in tre siamo sempre riusciti a fare delle dolce confortevoli: basta organizzarsi!

    Excellent location, clean and helpful staff…

    Fantastic apartment, well appointed, excellent location… You have to message reception (there isn’t a physical one) but they are super helpful and respond really quickly.
