  Abuso de Cheeking 50€

  No me gustó que llegamos tarde por nuestro vuelo y al hacer más tarde el Cheeking.. nos hicieron pagar 50€.. La chica me dijo que estaba firmado y no lo cuestiono pero me parece fuera de lugar 50 € por llegar mas tarde y encima no fue por nosotras sino por el tiempo que nos retraso todos los vuelos..... Si llegabas antes 30€ y si llegabas más tarde 50€.... Me parece fuera de lugar.. Y un abuso Hay que decir que el apartamento está muy bien y nuevo.. Pero creo que no hay que abusar... Por mucho que lo firmes según me dijo la chica que nos atendió.. que lo había firmado .

  It was pretty clean and the flat was very pretty and spacious,

  First of all, the host called us a day before to tell us to call them an hour before we came which was the only place that asked us this and so obviously very strange and concerning as they shouldnt need to know when we come as long as we come after the check in time. We texted them an hour before letting them know we would come to which they responded they were ready for our arrival. When we came, there was no one there to open the door to the apartment complex and no instructions on any way to enter the complex by ourselves. We called them and at first they did not pick up the phone after many tries, they finally picked up and let us know that they would be there in 20 minutes, my children needed the bathroom and the weather was extremely hot as it was August, this was horrible service and a member of staff only came after 1 and a half hours, this is unacceptable, they gave an excuse that their coworker made them late or something which did not excuse that and during that time we kept on calling and texting the property and they wouldn’t pick up most of the time and kept on saying that they would be there in 20 minutes, Also they gave me an email that if we were late, they would have to fine us and yet they were extremely late. Although the actual flat was clean and very nice, the ac in the upper room did not work very well and they did not provide hand soap in the toilets which I believe should be provided by every accommodation

  Great stay thanks

  Well located in the center of town and walking distance to all attractions. The place is spacious and air cons in every room. There is a comfortable living area for a family. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also very clean and staff were helpful

  No lift so it you have lots of luggage, small children or elderly you need to be prepared for that.

  Hermoso departamento en Granada

  El buen gusto de todo. La comodidad. La buena atencion

  Faltó esponja para lavar los platos . Faltan cuchillos buenos … habia pocos y no cortaban bien. Falta luz en la cocina .

  Realmente todo, la ubicación es perfecta, a 2 pasos de todo, el apartamento está aun mejor que en las fotos, decorado con gusto y con lugar d sobra para todos los q íbamos, un detalle las cápsulas de café, la chica q nos entregó las llaves muy maja, y la limpieza inmejorable. Tanto a mí como a mí familia nos encantó, sin duda nos lo guardamos para la próxima!
