Lage.
Hellhörig mit Lärm von der Straße - man hört jeden Rollkoffer trotz geschlossener Fenster. Sehr laute und quitschende und bei jedem Schließen laut schlagende Hauseingangstür ( ständige Unterbrechung der Ruhe auch Nachts). Fliesen und Bodenbelag im Bad eigentlich überstrichen, blättert aber teilweise ab. Fernseher ohne Spracheinstellung bzw. ohne Netflix oder Prime...

UBICACION Y APARTAMENTO MUY BIEN; GESTION DECEPCIONANTE!
La ubicación es muy buena y el apartmento está bien pero si llegas DESPUES DE LAS 21.00 te cobran 30E!! te lo deberían advertir claramente. Fue un estrés porque el tren llegó justo y no había taxis.
Que te cobren por llegar a una hora normalísima, las 21.00 y no te advierten claramente antes (primera vez y somos viajeros frecuentes en el mundo) Que encontramos la ventana del balcón rota y tuvimos que dormir con el ruido e inseguridad durante la estancia Que cuando solicité la factura para presentarla, me dieron DOS FACTURAS con una importe de casi la mitad por LIMPIEZA a cada uno! Ante la sorpresa les pedí que me facilitaran una única por el importe pagado y no lo hicieron.
