  The location was great.

  The place was not properly maintained. Shortly after we arrived, I plugged in the radiator to get heat in the main bedroom and it sparked and I received an electric shock. The cord was damaged and obviously had been taped before to repair it. The fuse was blown and the electricity did not work on the entire wall. Only a few minutes later, I was in the kitchen and an access panel in the ceiling suddenly dropped open and a bunch of water came falling out. We put a pan to catch the water that continued to drip after the initial incident. We then called the property about both incidents. They said they would send someone to fix it the next day but we spent three days there with no heat in the main bedroom and a pan catching water in the kitchen because no one ever showed up to take care of it. In addition to these problems, there was so little water pressure in the shower of the main bedroom that you couldn't wash your hair and the water heater was so small that only one person could take a hot shower of five minutes before it ran out. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and much of the furniture in the house was very old and falling apart. The table in the kitchen for instance was at such an angle that the coffee cups would slide when you put them down. There was a bench in the entry way whose arm just fell off when you touched it. There were other chairs and items in the house that were unstable. To top it off, the neighbor in the apartment below it yelled at us twice for our children making noise. She was very rude and insulting. Our children are 4 and 5 and they can get noisy at times (but never before 9 am or after 9 pm). We did our best. She threw water on us from the second floor as we were walking out the door to the building to leave. This property was so expensive and definitely not worth it.

  Genial

  Piso muy céntrico, rodeado de bares y restaurantes y a 2 min de autobuses. Piso muy grande con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños, bien climatizado con calefacción

  La cama de matrimonio nuestra era muy incómoda, al igual que las almohadas.No había ni un trapo de cocina y ninguna manta adicional. Era un tercer piso sin ascensor pero la verdad es que no era difícil subir, las escaleras eran amplias y no muy altas.
