Best village pub and accommodation I’ve stayed at in last 2 years. Well done to George and dragon.

Everything, staff engagement, friendliness, location, cleanliness all round, comfortable sleep and tasteful rooms.

Breakfast could have been a bit more of a choice, juices, cereal, pastries.

A lovely welcoming pub/hotel and would recommend it to others if visiting the area.

A warm welcome and nothing too much trouble for the staff. A lovely room which looked newly refurbished. Comfortable bed and pillows so had a good nights sleep. We were in a party of four and we all ate in the pub in the evening all all the meals were well presented and well cooked. Breakfast was chosen the night before and was waiting for us at the time we allocated.

    Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had evening meal and breakfast and both the choice of options and the standard of the food were excellent. The tea and coffee options in the room were great and the little doggy treat box was a fabulous addition for our pooch.

Unfortunately the previous guests sheets were left outside the door on the landing throughout our stay. We were only here for 1 night though and this did not spoil our stay. Our room was lovely and clean inside and this did seem out of character for the standard of everything else, so we presume this was a small oversight.
