    Couldn’t ask for more. It was fabulous.

    Great location, really lovely house. Very trendy inside. Bedrooms and beds were excellent. Lovely spacious bathroom. As it was part of the hotel, we had breakfast included but you had a short drive to the hotel. A bit further away if you’re walking. Hotel arranged parking permit for parking on the street outside the house.

    Only one bathroom for all staying to share. Not too bad for us as there were only 3 of us. But the ground floor toilet was good. Had to pick keys up from hotel and then go to the house which was further away. Great if you have a car but difficult if you’re walking.

    An excellent stay, would come again without hesitation

    Furnished and equipped to an excellent standard, the property had everything you would need. Superb location for the town centre, yet on a quiet street away from bars and cafes. Warm, clean and very comfortable indeed.

    Check in process was cumbersome having to go to a separate address to collect keys; traffic in Leamington made this a time consuming process and could have been better with lock box? Parking was good but permit could have been improved by online process beforehand. Luckily there were spaces close by. Breakfast off site is perhaps unnecessary and cost could be reduced with option not to partake. We didn’t go for the offsite breakfast as the traffic would have meant a less easy morning. No rebate was offered.

    Modest Townhouse close to main attractions.

    Well laid out, bedrooms in basement, first floor and top floor. Nice bathroom.

    No air conditioning through out. We had to get fans. TV did not work as control needed batteries, should have been checked.
