Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views.
The location was perfect for us with Croyde village just a short distance with pubs and eating places. Easy access for meeting up with family and friends. Also the bed was so comfortable and supportive Ive ordered the same mattress for my bed at home !
Bathroom shower needed a squeegee to clean especially the water on the floor for the walk in shower . ( We used our car squeegee) Needed lighting over the small dressing table area as quite a dark corner . Also needed a more comfortable dressing table stall. A full lenght mirrow ( maybe on wall) for dressing But otherwise all very good !

Lovely quiet location and views. Could be much better with a little more thought and cleanliness
Location. Comfortable bed. (Double) Sofa and chair comfortable. The view and the peace and quiet. Proximity to the pubs and walks etc.
The lack of attention to the exterior of the property. Eg Loads of weeds spoiling the experience. Fridge poor quality, took ages to get cold. Generally the l place needed a really good deep clean. Other small things eg. No washing up bowl.

Great location, lovely accommodation, a couple of easy improvements should be made
Location is fantastic, great setting, easy to get around, fantastic beaches and pubs within a short distance. Easy to access & very private large garden
Hot tub pricing was very expensive and not up to temperature when we arrived, the kitchen facilities are also a bit limited, a dishwasher would be nice and the wifi wasn't the quickest

Loved it… would definately book again if we are able.
Such a beautiful location.. secluded. Everything required was there. Easy to find and central to all local areas with lovely walks available .
There was no shade….with our exceptional heat we would have been grateful for use of a parasol.
