    a comfortable and enjoyable stay. would definitely consider staying here again.

    we really enjoyed our stay. the place was clean and comfortable, and we had no major issues with the lift since we mostly used it during non-peak hours.

    it would be nice to have an extra mirror in the bedroom or living room, especially for guests to get ready.

    The view is so nice..my children like the swimming pool..two carpark for the trip..which is good..easy to explore the town.

    We chose this property mainly because of the facilities it offered for our children, and these were genuinely very good. There was plenty for them to do, including the pools, kids’ areas and climbing facilities. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not match the pictures or our expectations. The property felt very rundown and was definitely not up to the standard of cleanliness we would expect. After a busy day out, you want to return to somewhere clean and comfortable, and unfortunately we didn’t feel that was the case here. I informed the management during our stay and sent photos of the issues. They said they would let the relevant team members know, but nobody came to address them while we were there. In our opinion, the property would benefit greatly from a fresh coat of paint and a thorough deep clean. I just want to give an honest and fair review so other families know what to expect. If, like us, you book based on the photos, you may be disappointed with the actual condition of the accommodation.
