Paid for four nights, stayed less than five minutes and were left without accommodation
Nothing.
We booked and paid for four nights but spent less than five minutes inside this apartment and did not stay a single night. We were left without keys, without access and without a refund. I strongly advise other travellers to consider alternative accommodation. Access was problematic from the start. We could not install the door-opening app, and the access code subsequently provided was incorrect. Eventually, the owner arrived, seemingly in a rush, and let us in with a key. The apartment did not match the impression given by the Booking.com photos, which appeared to show two different apartments without clearly distinguishing them. Ours was extremely small, with no bed and only a tiny two-seater sofa bed. When extended, it was so close to the kitchen furniture that there was practically no room for our feet. We immediately explained that the accommodation was unsuitable for two adults. The owner appeared to understand and told us to contact Booking.com, but then left with the keys. When Booking.com called her, she refused to agree to the cancellation. Booking.com told us they could not refund us or arrange alternative accommodation without her agreement. We therefore paid for four nights without receiving usable accommodation. Two women travelling for work were left alone in a foreign country, urgently searching for somewhere to sleep. Returning home was not an option because of our work commitments. Despite initially sounding understanding, the owner’s actions left us feeling completely abandoned. The location is also inconvenient: reaching the apartment requires another 11 bus stops from Monza railway station, the main connection to Milan. It is far from the station and the main sights. Please read the full description carefully and confirm exactly which apartment and sleeping arrangements you will receive. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend choosing another property

Favoloso, confortevole, rilassante
Appartamento nuovissimo, arredamento molto curato con mobili di alta qualità. La posizione ottima, vicino il parco. Devo ringraziare Ruth per come mi ha accolta , disponibile in ogni cosa . Grazie, ci rivedremo presto.
Non c'è niente da migliorare, in quanto è tutto perfetto.

Arredamento moderno come nelle foto la struttura è praticamente nuova e molto pulita vicinissima al parco di Monza e il centro di Monza a pochi minuti Molto carina
