    Awesome stay In Huttwil

    This was a great size for our family and kids: the host was a good communicator and provided plenty of supplies for our stay. The location was quiet and perfect to see the surrounding areas so we had a great time. Plenty of games for the kids too

    Being on the 3rd floor without a lift was inconvenient. Also, the windows did not lock so this was a bit of an issue with a 3 year old and being on the top floor of the building from a safety perspective. Otherwise, no issues.

    Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kapselmaschine, Toaster etc. Die Wohnung ließ sich trotz sehr heißer Temperaturen durch Querlüften relativ gut klimatisierten. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustüre ist hilfreich. Die Kommunikation mit Samantha war schnell und angenehm.

    In der Wohnung, speziell im Badezimmer, gab es ein großes Problem mit dem Druck der Warmwasserversorgung. Der Wasserdruck reicht schlicht nicht aus, eine angenehme Duschtemperatur zu gewährleisten. Entweder hat man einen ausreichenden Wasserstrahl- dafür aber kaltes Wasser - oder einigermaßen warmes Wasser und dafür ein schwaches Rinnsal. Unsere Reklamation wurde zwar sofort und freundlich bearbeitet, geändert hat sich aber in den 5 Tagen nichts. Auch die Erklärung, es handelt sich um ein vorübergehendes Problem, können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wir glauben eher, dass es ein Problem der alten Leitungen ist. Falls es sich um ein dauerhaftes Problem handelt, kann man die Wohnung so eigentlich nicht als Ferienwohnung anbieten.
