Non un posto dove ritornare
Il punto maggiormente a favore di questa struttura è la presenza fisica di una persona, molto gentile e disponibile, che in caso di necessità si prodiga per risolvere tutti quei piccoli problemi o necessità. Il tram è vicino ma per visitare vari punti di Vienna occorre fare necessariamente diversi cambi.
La struttura non è molto pulita in generale, l’appartamento era pulito con sufficienza, diciamo il grosso, c’erano 2 prese di corrente rovinate e pericolose (sopratutto per un bimbo piccolo), la cucina sembrava messa lì in maniera temporanea. L’appartamento inizialmente assegnato era al 3 piano e all’arrivo non era disponibile, ripiegato con un piano terra rialzato che non era accessibile con passeggino e questo ha procurato non pochi problemi. Il letto era sfondato, i cuscini penosi. 2 cose sono fondamentali in un appartamento per affitti brevi: pulizia e comfort nel dormire, qui assenti! A mio avviso Booking dovrebbe verificare bene le strutture e le recensioni che vengono lasciate, perché o siamo stati sfigati noi o le recensioni e i punteggi non rispecchiano la realtà. Sempre più delusi dalle reali aspettative rispetto alle precedenti valutazioni

Ein super Aufenthalt. Aufgrund der Nähe zu Bus und Bahn super gelegen.
Mir hat es alles in allem sehr gut gefallen.
Als nachteilig empfand ich einen Mieter/Gast einer anderen Wohnung im Haus, welcher der Meinung war, vorbeilaufende (unter anderem meine Person) mit einem Eimer Wasser zu übergießen. Nach Rücksprache mit anderen Mieter soll dies an dem Tag bereits mehrfach geschehen sein. Die Polizei wurde gerufen.

The cleaning staff unlocked the door 20min before the check-out time and came to the apartment😅

Appartment is spacious and clean. We parked 2 minutes away from the place for 12 euros per 24 hours. The location is also great.
